Sam has been creatd in two versions. In the first, he salutes the flag mounted by the fireman on the cross formed by the building rubble, as memorialized in a now famous news photo. His resolution as well as his sadness are clear as he looks over the tragedy. In the second, which is immediately available, he wears his traditional tailed blue coat.
Limited Edition up to 15. He is made of two kinds of mohair and stands about 15 inches tall, without his hat. In both versione, he wears his traditional red striped hat and pants, with suspenders, and bow tie. In the first version, his stand includes the famous cross of steel construction beams and some construction rubble from the ground zero site.
